Kimberley is the Managing Partner and a shareholder of Adrians, one of Australia’s leading boutique integrated Chartered Accounting and Wealth Management firms. Kimberley’s role at Adrians is to lead and oversee all aspects of the business including Business Advisory, Private Wealth, Tax Compliance, Operations, Strategy, Human Resources and Finance, with the leaders of each of these divisions reporting to her. At the same time, she is still playing an active role as the trusted adviser to a selection of the firm’s largest business clients.

After finishing university with a Bachelor of Commerce, she commenced her studies to become a Chartered Accountant (CA), achieving the Certificate of Merit Award for the top five per cent of candidates in Australia for Financial Reporting with CA ANZ, and was admitted as a Chartered Accountant in 2000.
Kimberley was admitted to the Executive Program at Harvard Business School in the USA, and completed the Leading Professional Services Firms program.
With a focus on giving back to industry and community, Kimberley is on the Public Practitioner Panel for Chartered Accountants Australia and NZ (CAANZ), and plays a formal mentoring role for a number of junior accountants at the early stages of their careers.
Kimberley is involved in a number of not for profit causes, including Honorary Treasurer of the 168¿ª½±¹ÙÍø’s Old Girls’ Association and Beyond the Panama program for Year 10 students.
She is passionate about business advisory for family businesses, believing effective advice can create a material difference to businesses and families. Adrians was established in 1948, now has 40 staff and has evolved over the years, now also offering Investment Management and Financial Planning.
Of her seven years at 168¿ª½±¹ÙÍø’s Kimberley says: “The school actively encouraged leadership and community. I thoroughly enjoyed my time at the school where friendships were made that have lasted through the decades. The support from the teaching staff, the nurturing environment, and strong community provided an important launching pad for me as an individual. I took advantage of the wide range of activities available to students, (academic, sporting, arts, community) and through various roles I held including Sports Captain and Prefect, I gained invaluable confidence. This confidence, and ‘rounding-out’ as an individual has held me in great stead throughout my career, and life more broadly. I believe this confidence 168¿ª½±¹ÙÍø’s gave me is my most valuable take away.”
