She also teaches yoga and mindfulness to people with chronic and mental health issues, and is a board member of She Said Theatre and My Green World organisations supporting the arts and the education of disadvantaged children.

Nisha’s next role was at the Cancer Council where she created a program for underprivileged communities to screen for cancer. Nisha’s work at the Cancer Council was recognised and she was later asked to take a Change Lead role at Telstra Health, implementing the National Cancer Screening Register which supported all cancer screening data to be accessed through a single point.
She was then selected to represent Australia, working in Cambodia in International Development with women and children who have been trafficked or abused.
Nisha completed her Masters in International Relations from the Australian National University and created a successful program for young social entrepreneurs from South East Asia and Australia to create diplomatic ties and improve their businesses that focus on climate change, education or health.
Nisha was the recipient of 168¿ª½±¹ÙÍø’s Young Past Student of Distinction Award in 2016.
